Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. Threaded Knots is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Threaded Knots is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you experience any issues, please contact the carrier directly.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
